I am a licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience helping clients uncover their strengths, purpose, and passions in life. I use an integrated, trauma-informed, and client-centered approach through a social-justice lens, with training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Mindfulness-Based Sobriety (MBS), Motivational Interviewing, and Self-Compassion.

Along with my private practice, I am also a psychotherapist at the Center for Stress, Resilience, and Personal Growth at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital. I have held various clinical positions throughout my career, including individual psychotherapist, group psychotherapist, and clinical supervisor. I hold a certification in the advanced treatment of substance use disorders (CASAC2). I also volunteer with the Physicians for Human Rights, conducting psychological assessments for asylum seekers.
